Life savers

When I was a UK firefighter (retired now) I attended too many traffic accidents, and one of the most useful and often-used items of personal gear was my belt line. Even today, there's one in the map pocket in my car door, and attached to one end of it by a lark's head is one of my Titanium LoopAliens. I can use the line to tie open a wrecked car door while I attend to the passenger, and I can tension the line in seconds with the LoopAlien. The time saved has more than once been the difference between an easy rescue and a life-and-death situation. It's a great combination, and I wouldn't be without either of them.
